Ever wonder what happens to the food we eat? No?
Well, my biology obsession demands that I wonder these weird things and it would seem I’m not the only one. A “pill cam” was invented and tests are being done! Woo! (Full site here.)

I have honestly been so slack while I’ve been sick but I just weighed myself and I’m at my first goal weight, meaning I’ve lost 3 kilos in the last month and a bit! That’s obviously very slow progress but it’s progress nonetheless and I’ll be really happy if it can continue and I keep improving my lifestyle gradually and seeing results. Ye.
